With stickers covering my socks from the conduit cache, I debated whether I wanted to try and make this last find for the evening. I decided to go for it, and was real glad I didn't make the hike up that hill for nothing. The views were gorgeous too. Colorado always surprises me with it's beautiful scenery in unlikely places. SL, TNLN, TFTC!

Sweet find. A great hike and view. Thanks.

The ground was very loose which made for a bit of a challenge. The container is holding on, but has definitely seen better days. The view was amazing!

Scared a big animal and freed the TB that had been living here forever.

I love caches like this. No trails, just a mini adventure. Spooked something big halfway up. Good-sized tail and quick. Possible mountain lion? It would have been out in some crazy heat. After being sure it was gone, we continued up to liberate a mini geocoin that had been here forever.
