As you walk up the steep trail to Mt. Morrison, you will enjoy finding a small, creatively camouflaged container.

Park near the entrance #4 to Red Rocks Park. It is near the intersections of Titans Road and Bear Creek Road, just west of Morrison. You may not be able to access this when concerts are going on. There is a steep, slippery trail that leads west and eventually to Mt. Morrison. Take that trail up the steep hill. After you have come over the first ridge, look upward and notice a large pine tree. Many people have stopped there to rest. A little uphill of that tree is another small juniper. Look near that one.

It might be easier to stay on the trail until you are just a few feet away. The cache can almost be seen from the trail. The camouflage is sufficient to keep muggles from noticing it.

Whenever I want to gauge how out of shape I am, this is the best test. I made it up to get the first two newer caches since my last venture up this trail and then I ran out of light. This was quite the challenge to find in the dark - nice camo. I got extremely lucky that I grabbed the right thing.
