We solved this one a while back and had so much fun doing researching and listening to the old tunes again. We knew it would be almost a cache and dash. Today was our first time in the area.
Lots of wind today. Glad we wore hats. Tftc.

It was a beautiful clear sunny afternoon and decided to go for a short drive back here. There was still a slight chill in the shadows but the afternoon sun warmed the exposed spots nicely. This area was an old stagecoach stop back in the day and I always enjoy stopping here and thinking about bygone times. Not a soul around today and had the gulch to myself....or so I think. Made the find without any issues and all is well here. Nice series! TFTC!!!

Dropped some of the family to white water raft and then we came caching in pursuit of some solved puzzles, challenges and a couple of traditionals. Had a couple of DNFs along the way plus some rain showers. Still managed to get a nice collection of finds but had to leave some behind. Another quick find as I started the trek up the gulch. Nice hide. SL. TFTC

This was my last cache find for 2016. The appropriate music was played on the drive home. Thanks for the puzzle and for placing the cache.

Realized the other day that we had all the A-Z puzzles except for a K. Made the drive up here before going to finally get the Canon City Summits #2: South Twin Mountain cache. As I slowed down, with my blinker on, and started to turn into the wash the idiot behind me decided now was a perfect time to pass me. Came about a foot from a lovely crash as he swerved into the wash. Even with spot on coords this took us awhile to get spotted.
