A little over 4 years ago I hid a cache the day we went over 2 million caches. This morning I realized the site was going over 3 million and decided to celebrate with another hide(or two).

There are great views from the trail along the top of this ridge. There are several trails that will get you to the cache. The parking coords that I used are included but there may be other options. The Thunderforest OpenCycleMap option depicts the trails pretty accurately. You are looking for a 4x6x8 container. There is an unactivated TB tag for the FTF.

Got an early start from the Crags trailhead this morning and had a very nice hike up to Devil's Playground. Weather was perfect, so I took several detours once up top (and on the way down) to pick up some nearby caches. Afterwards, I still had a little bounce in me but didn't feel like hanging around the Crags area, so I stopped in Woodland Park on the way home to pick up some caches that help with challenges I'm working on (T>2, regular size caches). Was really starting to feel the heat and the fatigue after doing the caches just north of these, but the topo said it was a pretty flat half mile...so on I went. Thanks for placing this cache! There may be 3,000,001+ caches, but there are at least that many other reasons to keep caching! :-) Picked up the TB.

TFTC! This old guy parked at Cascade area and took the short cut but it was straight uphill. Cache is in good shape, signed the log and thank you for the smiley face on the cache map.

fun day for. hike cove the clouds! we parked on rampart range road and did the group of five along this trail system but man that 700 ft of vertical to get back to the car was a butt burner!!! we left a pin and took a pin. tftc!

This is a Note vice a Found It as we have found this cache before. I was up for a nice hike today, and was walking right past this one, so I stopped by and dropped off a trackable (copy tag) of ours. While it is a copy tag, it does have a Mickey Mouse figurine attached to it. TFTC once again !

12:27 PM Having completed our 64th Colorado county on 8/5, we are settling into a 2 week stay in Divide.

Today is an "acclimation" hike. When I noticed these caches last night, I decided this would be a good one.

Well, we kind of hiked the trail in reverse. We are about an hour into it when we came to this cache. I saw three hiding places, each one better than the one before. The cache was, of course, in the third one.

I signed the log and left a "Donate Life" wristband. Great views. Thanks, WingsAndTales, for the cache and the hike.
