2:45 PM Having completed our 64th Colorado county on 8/5, my wife and I are enjoying our customary 2 week stay in Divide. (I never get tired of mentioning the Colorado 64 challenge, since it it was 10 years in the making.)

Today we were hiking and caching near Rainbow Falls. Afterwards, I asked if I could hunt this rare D/T. Water was running high, so I hiked about a 750 ft north to find a crossing spot. One hour drive down, one hour searching, one hour drive back with the cloud of defeat hanging over my head. Some days you are the windshield and some days you are the bug. Today I was the bug.

Thanks, davidtaylor14301, for the hunt.

We can't believe that it has been a year and a half since this one was visited last. Very tough cache for us. After climbing all over the rocks to find the perfect crack, we went back to the basics. You have to get down and dirty in order to grab this smiley. Tftc.
