Came down for the apple festival, stayed for the caches! Had my 2 wheeled cachemobile in my 4 wheeled cachemobile, which made the terrain out here a little more manageable. Thanks for placing this one!

After Brush Hollow # 2 Bandit and I headed over to this one. I found a great place to park and made a quick stroll to ground zero. I rolled away the bones to reveal the cache. I couldn't resist grabbing the cute little dog and left a plastic centipede and some other stuff. I love this road and I'm pretty sure I was the only person in the area today. Thanks for another fun one!

FTF! with nite_raven at 3pm. "I'm a doctor, not a geocacher!" Had to make a service call up to Salida this morning. After which we visited my dad and then stopped at McDs for lunch. While eating I noticed some GMail alerts. New caches. Once again we figured we'd be beat out, so we stopped and cached our way back through the Canyon, getting the remaining caches we needed. Upon reaching Penrose no logs had been posted, so off to Brush Hollow we went. Thanks to yesterday we knew right where to go. Nice double-themed cache.
