Overlooking Colorado Springs. It's a tough hike, but super rewarding.

West side of the rock. Get to the high spot of the saddle. Look left (N) to a blue spruce next to the wall. Walk between that tree and the rock then look up to some moss growing out of a crack. Cache is in that crack covered by rocks. You will need to reach to find it. Please replace the rocks. That won't be easy.

 Hints

The original plan was to put it on top. But I don't want to be responsible for deceased cachers.

Need to get in some late logs- on a couple of my wife & my recent visits our internet was sketchy; and we've been swamped otherwise. I made a circuit to here & points southwest; figures another one would appear- higher up- after I was gone Shock
Thunder, Thunder, thunderthunderandmorethunder. You know I was hiding in a rock alcove halfway between here & 'Jenny...'

Out on an adventure with RPieperco. This string of caches have been on my bucket list almost since I began caching. So amazing to finally have made it up here. I'm used to minor asthma attacks if my heart rate climbs too high. Usually, I just stand still and get my heart rate back down and keep going. This was probably one to the toughest hikes to date and we must have been pushing too hard. Just as we got about 700 fee from the cache I had to stop before I fell over. I felt like someone had put blinders on my eyes leaving only small holes to see out of. My entire body felt weightless. I wasn't quite sure which way was up. I could hear Rick, I think I was responding. Everything was just muddled for a bit. Luckily, after this point we had the hardest part done and I probably scared him enough to slow him down a bit too. Log is a bit damp in the container. I wish we had a bag for it. Sign the log, enjoyed the views, and plotted our route of attack for the next cache. Thanks for adding to our adventure today!

WOW!!!! What a trek! Man this was really a test of my perseverance! Up in the area today with to grab these caches. They have been on the list to get for a long long time. Finally had the chance to get here! The last bit here was really hard! The trees were so think and so many boulders. I thought for a minute I might not make it! Not sure if it was poor route or what but it was a tough one! Finally made it to near the GZ and just needed to take a break. After a few minutes and reading the hint I headed to the GZ. had a good laugh and started climbing! Grabbed the cache and brought it down to sign. Back up to replace. Cache is in great condition! Some more photos and off the the next one. More bushwhacking... Does it ever end for cachers? Probably not for all the cool ones! Great job, amazing location, thank you!

wow! this was an awesome hike!! we totally lost the "trail" after SRM and bushwhacked our way up and over to the cache. all is well and now we know why there are so few signatures on that log!!! amazing. we went through the the mine to get here and at first I thought the rocks had been spray painted blue. nope!!! very cool mineral. :) thanks for bringing us somewhere we would have never been without geocaching. :)

Wow! That was a hike! Came up via Crystal Mine and SRM. Luckily we saw footprints in the snow all the way from SRM to the cache. Pretty sure they weren't following a trail but it got us there pretty quick anyway. We also noticed that the tracks were going one way so we hoped they found another way down! Anyway, we climbed the rock to the top and had lunch and enjoyed the amazing views! JavaChip and I say TFTC!!!

Finally. I've had my eye on this rock for years and especially since I spent like ten months working on the Cloud Camp project on top of The Horns staring over here every day. I'm so glad there are caches up here so I don't have to bushwack straight up. What a great day for a hike. SLTNLN TFTC
