Yea I found Christmas. Now I know a new trail. But after climbing Mt Cutler, Muscoco, and down to the Green Settlement/camp and then back up to go down I'm pretty worn out & wont go any further today.

Added a Hint. The clue is back. Sorry. I didn't realize that Photobucket had locked all my image embeds. Vort.

Thanks for the really cute and fun cache! Was running up the hill for another and used this trail. Found the cache pretty quickly and everything is in great shape! Signed and stamped log. Returned as found. I really wish I had an ornament with me today. Next time I come up the trail I'll be sure to have one handy!

I had a solved puzzle among my notes with the description " the Christmas one..." Looking at the page now I can't remember solving it; how I would go about solving it today; etc... but the final is among the page photos so I know it was this one !! BigSmile I grabbed it along with the traditional and the Jasmer up top, on a great hike to start to loosen post- PPM legs.

Finally got this one!

I've had this puzzle solved for well over a year (maybe more than two?). However the Stars have never aligned to allow me to make the find. I've always come up to this area to find other caches, and get completely worn out before I can find this one. Today this was my main focus after work! That means I hit the trail close to 7PM...

The hike was great! Short, but up and up! I spotted the cache from maybe about 60 feet away. Made my way to the container without falling, and I find it is COVERED in those creepy fuzzy caterpillar dudes - the ones with the stingers and junk! I knocked off as many as I needed to to access the handle and open the cache. Grabbed a TB, and signed the log. I truly hope I can head back to this one sometime soon.

Additional adventure!: On the way down I decided to try for the traditional near the parking coords for this cache. After a run in with buzzing horde of bees or wasps (sure, they swarm - but I like the term horde), I was a little antsy about searching for that one. At GZ it started to rain, and after listening to NAWAS all day before I left work - I knew that rain could turn into a vicious storm faster than I could anticipate. I quickly made my way to the truck and left the traditional for my next journey up here.

Thanks again for the cache - I hope I can return to place an ornament and maybe trade some SWAG.
