This cache is past the Strontia Springs Dam area. While the road in Waterton Canyon is not that steep for the first 6 miles or so, you will find otherwise for the last bit to this cache location.

My eighth of thirteen caches found with Sissadies and cajrrman. He invited us on a bike ride today at Waterton. Our first time bike riding in years, that was a brutal but fun intro since we went about 16+ miles round trip. Definitely need better bike seat, ouch! Also pretty sure I accidentally put tomorrow's date on our log, oops.

Glad the CO was with us. Or that could have taken awhile (with old, now replaced, hint).

I checked on all my Waterton caches today. This one was fine except for the o-ring which I replaced. The object mentioned in the cache writeup is no longer there so that makes it even harder to find this one. I will update the listing.

Revenging this DNF was my main goal for the day. I had gotten a real good hint from the CO after my last visit so this time it was a success. It's there just as promised & its in great shape like it was just hidden last week. I will give a fave point for a cache I could ride to, even though it took me two tries;~0
