The cache is a wet, moldy mess. Someone put a clean log in a separate baggie on top, so I signed that. Usually I clean out dirty caches and replace the swag, but this one is a wreck. Perhaps a different container for this location is in order.

Needs maintenance. Entire contents soaked. Waster got into bag. I replaced added a new baggie and small log paper.
