Wow, we still can't believe that this cache has not been visited since October 2015! The hike to the cache was not difficult at all. We also came across a snake on our way to the cache. Not a rattler, but most likely a garter snake. It was about 1.5' to 2' long. Beautiful views all around. We left a TB to get more cachers to visit this area. Tftc.

Hike wasn't bad, but definitely required poking around. Awesome view. Tftc

I found a place to park that was 0.15 miles from the cache. There was no trail to follow, but it was a fairly easy hike. I can see why Olive might like it here. Bandit sure did love it. I was a little nervous about turning over rocks after reading the previous logs. Also last summer I ran into a coiled rattlesnake guarding one of the nearby Twiddler caches. I used a stick to do a lot of poking and prying. This was a hard one to find for me, but persistence finally paid off. A person could easily get disoriented up here and go off in the wrong direction. Thanks for getting me out here!

Once we settled on a parking spot, so many choices, we headed out. This was an interesting hike up. Upon reaching GZ the phone decided to be very low on battery. Took us a little while to finally find the cache. Great views up here. While looking for this I moved a rock and it ended up having a decent sized scorpion hanging off of it. Nice little scare.
