 Hints

You will have a tough time if there is snow any deeper than 4 inches. Poke around a bit if there is. It's well shaded and often icy here in the winter. Wear appropriate footwear.

Continuing along the trail from "Creekside Cache" where we had to make our way from an upper trail to a lower one. If we went right the trail dropped right off to the valley way down below, to the left a few hundred feet was another drop off and a fence blocking the way. We managed to get around it and we were back on the right trail again. More and more bikers, we still couldn't imagine riding a bike on this trail let alone walking it. Got to the GZ and met up with a couple (German) and got to talk with them while crawling up to the cache, Very interesting hiding place. After starting our trek back, another person walking his dogs happened to here us talking with the German couple from a distance, he was German, too. More German talking again, next was a hiker taking pictures of the dangerous rocky bike trail, she knew some German, too. Next came a whole family of bikers and gain German, so this hike was a German fest for us. TFTC and Gutte Fahrt.

Yep, its resurrected alright, I found this years and years back. Years back the trail I took was located down below by the creek, hmmmm. Only had to deal with one BoB (Butthead on a Bike) on the trail, the others were nice.

Another nice day during this very warm winter, so the trail to the cache was completely clear of any ice. Thanks to RPieperCO for resurrecting this one! I enjoyed the situationally unique camo! IN - an Olympic sponsor pin from the 2016 Rio Games OUT - nothing TFTH!!!

On Christmas day, Kira my geocaching dog, and I enjoyed a day of hiking and geocaching. This was the first of two geocaches found. We got lucky and found an unexpected christmas present in this geocache. It was a trackable that we retrieved to move along to another geocache very soon.
