This cache is part of the "Downtown/Main Street USA" series.  Ritter Plaza is the starting point for New Castle Museum on the Street.  The map seems backwards to me, but head west from the plaza to find the first sign, then take a short stroll around town to learn some of our history.  There are several good restaurants and cute shops you might want to visit while in town. No need to get into any of the planters around the plaza. BYOP
