We searched in the rocks uphill from the trail for a while before expanding our search and making the find. The container was not your typical micro. :o) Thanks for the cache.

huh. not exactly an xs cache but we definitely liked the container! :) all is well and good with the cache. :)tnlnsl what a great hike. the trail is well travelled and we saw more than 7 hiking partners/couples on the trail. i think it's time to reopen the trail officially.

Last cache of the day for me today and this one is very appropriate for this location! It is just hanging around and still doing the job it was intended to do! After this, I booted myself down the trail back to the car. TFTC today

Hi Two-- I had a great hike up the canyon quite a way into the burned area up high... but this area is still quite lush and nice. The (surprising, unique! Smile ) cache is still safe & sound... but altho' it is just a log in baggie as of now, it was dry and happy to see someone this summer!

Oh, I was thinking how am I ever going to find a micro in all this . . . amazingly, cache is in good shape, warm and dry. Thanks for a fun cache!
