SEP 2018: BINGO! Finally found it. With the encouragement of the CO we went back today with renewed enthusiasm and that must have been the difference. Signed as "KC + SLY" and replaced as found. Container and log are in fine shape.

JUL 2018: Some say the size contains TB, some say the size is log only. Either way we scoured the area and found nothing resembling a cache. Strike 1!
