Unfortunately, most of the time this reservoir is a damp and smelly bunch of algae or completely dry. And, if there were water, you would not be allowed to engage in any activity in the water, so don't bother bringing any type of watercraft to get to that spot. Fortunately, you don't need to be venturing to the posted coordinates; that's not where the cache is located.
