There are two cameras right at butt level here, so be aware of your assets. I found the little container of joy quickly. Although the tape is pealing very badly, what's inside is nice and dry.

Found this on my way to work after dropping my son off at school. Like others I was concerned about muggles but it’s almost like there’s so many driving by that it’s easier to be stealthy! It wasn’t where I expected on my first pass so I kept going and circled back. That time I found it. Yes the camo tape has seen better days. But that actually makes it blend in better! First find for the new souvenir race.

I read Hamlet about 10 years ago, but didn't recognize the name of this cache. Did a quick Google search to spark my memory:
"I am but mad north-north-west. When the wind is southerly, I know a hawk from a handsaw." In layman's terms, it means "I’m only crazy sometimes. At other times, I know what’s what."
