This cache part of a series of caches along the Made in the Shade loop trail in the Royal Gorge trail system. The whole loop is approximately 3.5 miles long. This is a popular mountain biking trail so watch for bikes and if you are mountain biking, be sure to move your bike out of the way of other bikers when looking for this cache. Click HERE for a map of the Royal Gorge trail system. The caches on the south side of the loop should be easily accessible most of the year. Snow and ice tend to linger a bit longer in the winter on the north side of the ridge, so caution is advised in the winter months. Please stay off the trail if it is muddy.

Lots of hiding spots here! If you're into geology, spend some time studying this rock wall close up. It's pretty fascinating.

Congratulations to LeewayeDiscGolf and nite_raven for the FTF.

This one was the next one on the loop and it was also an easy find. I'm glad I brought the right TOTT to get those logs out! Stamped the log and we're off to the next one! [8d][8d] SL TFTC

FTF! with nite_raven at 3pm. Cool hide. I really liked this spot on the way to Point Alta Vista. Thanks for the excuse to enjoy it again.
