In the beginning, there was a series of caches created by mondou2 at retail locations that are 'on the corner' throughout the area. And they were good.

After this series was started, several other cachers began taking over these 'corner' locations. At one such location, there was a cache named CJ's Corner, and it was also good. But then, this cache was seemingly abandoned, and it was bad. Once CJ's Corner was left unclaimed, a new cacher arose to find a nearby 'corner' location and to place a new cache, thus keeping the tradition of placing these types of caches 'on the corner' alive.

Slight difficulty in retrieving this cache during some times of the day due to traffic. Wheelchair users should be able to access this cache location but may need to stretch a bit to access the actual cache.
