NASA's intrepid Mars Exploration Rover, Spirit, has performed far beyond expectations. Sadly, Spirit's days roving the surface of Mars have come to an end. This cache has been placed in tribute to Spirit's journey.

Lat: How many miles (rounded to the nearest tenth) did Spirit travel? Multiply this number by 31.67, drop numbers after the decimal, and add to the latitude value listed.

Long: What year did Spirit land at Gusev Crater? Divide the year by 9.634, drop numbers after the decimal, and add to the longitude value listed.

I don't remember when I solved this, but it has been on my solved puzzle list for a while. Today I came out here and quickly located the cache. Thanks to @herndonrd this log is in great condition with only his signature soiling the pristine white page. TFTC!

Out caching with FeartheFish and like usual driving his butt all over the place. Out getting a few degrees for the 360 challenge and picking up some other caches along the way. Log was completely soaked so put in a new log and a Ziploc. TFTC!

Thanks for the fun puzzle cache! Found while caching with Nerak2001, geodog Patches and new geopuppy Riley. The log was wet but managed to sign.
