Came back today and found the fence this time, but still didn't find the cache.

Log from 4/26/19: There wasn't a fence anywhere near where my GPS brought me. Turns out the Pocket Query didn't load the corrected coordinates, but the original listed ones. I'll have to come back.

Out caching with Hives on a nice day in and around Canon City. TN - TFTC

On an all day cache outing with Ark Goose in the Canon City area to pursue puzzles, challenges, and other interesting caches along the way. It was a perfect day for caching. We were mostly successful in our endeavors with only a few DNFs along the way. There were some that we started to pursue and determined they would require more time and effort than we could invest today so saved them for another time. Thanks to the COs for providing and maintaining a lot of fun caches in this area. Also discovered a lot of fun TBs along the way. SL. TFTC

After looking around a bit we spotted the lid hanging on the fence but nothing else. Then we poked around in the leaves below and came up with the inner container with the log. Signed the log but weren't sure what to do with it. As we were about to leave Ark Goose spotted the rest of the container on the ground near the path. Reassembled everything and all is good. Can only imagine that it had to have been muggled to be apart in pieces as it was.

Nice little puzzle to solve. A lot of muggles in the area today, but we managed to duck out of site for a little bit and got our smiley. Tftc.

Mackinnon lights it up in the second period and Compher ties it in the third. Rantanen lights up the lamp late in the third period for an Av's win against the Stars last night and we get the cache today. It was a great game, eh? SL TFTC

Went south today with Huff-Suter and Magnum PSI for some caching. I had solved some puzzles in anticipation of their arrival and today we set out to find them.

Picking up some caches in Colorado Springs as I move to Wyoming. This was a very nice park and grab with the gang, the weather is definitely a lot nicer then Houston Tx.

Solved this this morning, and then got confirmation from the CO that it had indeed been replaced. So on our way back from Royal Gorge we made the stop. The coords led us to the likely spot but my mind had other thoughts and I was not coming up with it. But Kremser stepped in and made the instant find. Love that new log smell! Thanks for the destination!

I solved a bunch of puzzles in this area before heading out here from Chicago while on a family vacation. Today, my wife and our older children went rafting, but our 4-yo was too young to go so we spent the morning geocaching in Canon City. I looked for quite awhile here before calling it quits; after the CO went out the next to have a look, they confirmed it was in fact missing and are allowing me to mark this as found...TFTC!
