Our mission for this cache was to see Sandhill Cranes..............and we did! Thanks! Sadly, I do not think the cache is still at this location. It has been a long time since it has been found and there are now signs around the small area that the cache is located in that say "keep out". I hope that the CO can reset the location just a bit, so that the cache is outside the small restricted area. I truly appreciated coming here to see the cranes and the cache is what got me to this location (perfect name). Thanks for getting us here.

Good news: We saw 9 cranes on the way to the cache.
Bad news: We believe the cache needs to be archived. It is in an area that has a sign posted that says: Area Beyond This Sign Closed. We did go ahead and check GZ and the surrounding area and could not locate the cache. Just as we gave up, we saw a horse and buggy with family trot by so that was enjoyable to see, too.
The supposed missing cache may be why no one has posted a log in 11 months.

Sigh...

We found it laying on the ground, so we put it back in a tree.
