This cache was across the street for a good deal of time and it ended up being archived because people kept removing rocks from the wall.  So we found a new hiding place on the other side of the road.  .  

Park south of the cache in the dirt lot to the open space and it is an easy walk from the east side.  If you want to risk falling down a hill and into traffic then by all means take the westerly approach.  Watch for muggle traffic and please rehide it as you found it.
