Panna Cotta in an Italian dessert very similar to Creme Brule. It literally translates to "cooked cream". It is prepared by simmering the cream with vanilla bean or other flavorings and thickened with gelatin.

Quick traverse of the mountain via the S lift and Union Bowl to catch the Bee minutes before it closes for the season. Up to the top and finally dropped in to extricate this one from the ice. Frozen en place. Logged several of chefstern's solidly built caches over the last week, but will have to be back another year for the Soufflé final. TFTC.
