"Alien Blogger here again,

 

I believed my blog post, GC826PG, would be my last, but they haven’t found me yet.  I have poured over the documents and discovered that the aliens are using a new type of communication.  I was able to retrieve the communication and decode it.  Be warned, the message is terrifying.  Here is what it said,

 

“Today is the end of humanity as you know it.  We have landed in several locations and have control over the air, land, and sea.  Your military cannot help you.  Resistance is futile.”

The transmission was followed by coordinates to this location. 

 

I urge all of you to prepare.  Please gather at this location and search for the alien pod (cache).  Sign it if you find it and search for others."

I really enjoyed exploring the area with LilRyRy and CDRSheppo. This was a bit tough but the hint narrowed down where it couldn't be... so where COULD it be? I finally had to take a leap of blind faith and got my hands on it. Thanks for the cache!
