Needs maintenance 
This is my first cache that I have stashed. Currently is tucked in a snow drift as it is in the mountains and may be hard to see, but will be disguised by bushes or leaves come warmer weather. The cache is slightly off of the road near a fence and a lightpole.
It is a tupperware container with small trade items and a log. Everything is in sealed bags or protected from water and has a purple top. Container is filled with approximately 10 items with no apparent theme. I hope travel bugs will find their way to this cache.

A good parking spot is on the road shoulder of U.S. 34 between the town of Granby and Lake Granby near the two bridges over two streams of the Colorado River. The electrical wires overhead on west side of highway can serve as a trail marker. As this is my first hidden cache, suggestions in the log would be helpful. Enjoy and have fun!

My mom and I found the cache on the other side of the fence. We think water carried it there. We moved it to the other side as there were pieces of the lid broken off and laying on the ground in a certain spot. Have replaced it here and hid it fairly well. TYFTC!

We were so looking forward to attending and caching our way to and around the Celebrating Historic Grand Lake Event. We had received an email last night from one of the hosts that Trail Ridge Road was closed due to ice and snow, and that the event might be canceled. Mr SDC informed me that we weren't taking Trail Ridge Road to get to Grand Lake. I emailed the host back to let her know and she made arrangements to have another host there in the event we decided to chance the weather spoiling our day. We are so glad we went ahead with our plans as we had an amazing day caching and enjoying the end of the changing of the Aspens BigSmile. The weather started out a bit iffy with some light rain and fog but cleared up nicely as we got deeper in the mountains. We managed to grab most of the Across The Divide GeoTour 2018 caches along with some others. SL, TNLN, TFTC

Headed home from Grand Lake and decided to take a much longer route and see some new sights. The views were beautiful and I was glad I chose to zig zag across the route. Thanks for all the caches to find.
