Panera Bread Cafe
This is a simple cacher coffee event designed to start out the week. The idea behind this event series is to brag and share geocaching stories from the previous weekend and plan our conquests for the next week. Come and share coffee and fellowship as we start the week right - with friends.
This event is inside of the location and can be held outside if necessary. The owner has provided chairs and plenty of space for us to remain distanced.
Our Visitors
We love events. We love hosting them and attending them. We also love meeting new cachers. Here is a map and a list of traveling cachers that have stopped by our little coffee event.

01/01/2024 By Denali41 YES! Panera apparently had posted a sign on the door (that had blown away) indicating they were opening at 7 am today instead of the normal 6:30; as we congregated outside in 19 degree-temps looking at them through the large windows, the Panera people did everything they could to avoid looking our way, even to the point of almost tripping over things as they averted their gazes. They had the coffee loaded into the dispensers by 6:35 am. The manager finally took pity on our freezing bodies (regular patrons) and opened the door a couple of minutes early, just before 7. Then we filled our mugs with hot coffee and sat for a fun series of discussions as we kicked off 2024--as Jeremy has versed in his log. Great to see five of us start the 2024 MMMeet-ups with such enthusiasm! Also, we were in concerted agreement that standing in that cold for so long, while less than properly dressed for it, necessitated a higher Terrain rating for this meet-up. Thanks for it and for the event, Jeremy!
01/01/2024 By waawhoo What a great way to start of 2024! It was great to catch up with the crazy cachers who love standing out side in the dark! Thanks JBullfrog for hosting!
01/01/2024 By Barasaur Jbullfrog62 said it all as he summed up our morning. I can't do the rhymes like he does in nearly the times. So I will just log my event with the greatest of smiles knowing it was great to see every ones smiles. Thanks for the start to another year I can't wait to see where it goes.

01/01/2024 By Jbullfrog62 Great morning to warm up with coffee. Our event started in the wee hours of the morning in the brisk 18° in the great outdoors.
The coffee was brewed and nestled in their bins, in hopes of geocachers to drink it down with some grins. The workers were baking their goods in the warmth, while us geocachers waited in the woods on the North. We chatted about caches and grievances and such, all we wanted was to be inside, that's not asking too much. Then all of a sudden with the turn of a key, the manager opened the door, now it's time for coffee, with Barasaur.
Happy New Year....
01/01/2024 By siff If I had realized that this event was held outdoors, I would have brought a hat, gloves and insulated boots (j/k). Great to see the usual suspects in the new year. Thanks for my first event of 2024.
