 Hints

Where could it be? I hate hiding it under sticks, but will use them to cover a hole...

#717 for team Torkelson, another Debbie find! This one was tough and coords were about 25’ off for our GPS. Container is collapsing from age, but log is dry. TNLNSL. Tftc!

In prior years, there have been several logs through the year, so I wondered if this was still in place. The answer is, yes! It is a good hide - I don't think I would have found it without earlier logs (thank you, cachers). The container is brittle and fragile, but the log is dry. Thank you for this oldie.

Gps about 15-20 ft off. Nice little less traveled location with nice view thru the valley.

Good, sort of tough(ish) way to start the hiking and caching for the day.

Cache container could stand to be replaced. Either way, TFTC.

Went out to grab this one before the rain started. Good hide. Signed log and returned as found. Thanks for keeping this oldie going.

Used the side trail above the dam, which made the approach a lot easier. TFTC

container cracked. We took the long way up the hill. Difficult but worth it.

I started my road trip in Leesburg, FL on June 20th, with the first stage to end in Colorado for GeoWoodstock14er. During that time I will have cached in 16 states and 2 provinces. Hiking with rat22 this afternoon. Worked our way upward from the nearby reservoir and then zig zagged over to the cache. It's great finding older caches. The Tupperware type container should be replaced. Since I'm not from this area, maybe the next cacher would take a new container along on their attempt to find this one. For a flat lander like myself, this was an exciting hike and approach to GZ. I retrieved the TB to move on toward its goal. Favorite point from me. TFTC DL
