Short Hike for this cache.
This is an area I work in, and often think about how nice it would be to have some short hike caches around here that I could do on my lunch break, like down in Fort Collins. 0.75ish miles round trip, and less then a half hour for me (recovering from a sprained knee no less) to hike in, hide and hike out.

For some reason I forgot a pencil, and half the items that I wanted to put in there. But thats okay. Next time I get a lunch break in the area, I'll go fix that.

Had fun picking this one up along with a few others. We enjoyed this fun spot. Easy find as the cache was in plain view. Took a Frisbee and a smokey the bear pencil sharpener. Left a penguin wind up toy, and a princess magnet. Put the cache back right where we found it, but better covered this time. TFTC!!!

We didn't realize it at the time but apparently their are plans for a loop trail around the Lady Moon Meadows that would go right near this cache. We started on the trail but eventually took the slightly soggy way across the meadow. We spotted some cattle but they were far enough away that I don't think they will muggle the cache. This is a beautiful area and the cache offered a great excuse to view the meadow. The wind was making waves across the grass. Thanks for bringing us here. We did take a trackable from here but it is not the one listed as being here. Thanks for bringing us here.
