Not much of a mountain by Colorado standards. More of a Little Lamb don't you think?
I suggest parking at the Paul Intemann Trail pull off near the gate to Crystal Park (waypoint provided). The trail west now continues through the new Iron Mountain area to Red Mountain and Ruxton. We left the trail at the other provided waypoint and headed to the summit. It took us half an hour to make the steep climb from the car and long pants kept us from getting too wacked by the scrub oak, yucca and cactus. The view is totally worth the trip.

The container is a large micro with room for small items. Please replace the camo so it holds the lid and the container together.

The other Sheep Series caches are Here.

Congrats to hartsdale for being FTF.

Looks like all of this year, and 2017 as well, there has only been the lid of the once excellent container bolted to the tree. .. picture to follow.

Thanks for the cache! Well... that was a heck of a hill to climb! I'd parked down below and made my way up the trail grabbing caches as I went. Unsure how to summit this "hill" I decided on a direct approach. Well that is my normal way I guess. What a battle with the scrub oak and steep incline. Eventually I mad the summit and only had a few feet to go. As others have said, I found the lid quickly. I spent about 10 or 15 minutes scouring the down slope looking for the bottom or signs of log. But I didn't have any luck. From here I found the "trail" or better path down at least. THAT is also very much the norm! ha ha ha! Made it down in just a few minutes compared to the climb! Thanks for placing this and what a great view!

We enjoyed our hike to this area, however we only found the lid of the cache container and no log. We'll e-mail the CO with a picture to prove that we were here and request the puzzle piece to the Final of the Sheep Series. Thanks for placing this cache for us to find.
