New Year, New Puzzle, Welcome to 2020! I was headed to Montrose anyway when this popped up. I have to admit that you sent me for a loop trying to figure out this puzzle. At first glance, I had no idea what you were trying to convey. How in the world do these countries relate to numbers? The difficulty 3 was beginning to annoy me. I tried several different ideas over several hours before finally returning to the beginning, when it dawned on me. Oh, could that be it? Yep, of course the clues all make sense when you have the answer. Busy area, but managed to grab the book and sign my name without any muggles aware. Used my black magic for the [FTF]. Thanks for another puzzler and new cache in the area.
