I needed a cache today to fill a spot on my calendar, but sometimes you need quiet time more. Came out to this beautiful spot to think for a while and listen to nature. Stumbled across this final. Haven't done the adventure, so I won't log a find, though I did sign the log. Perfect location.

I couldn't even find stage 1. Sad to say, but your hint is NOT a hint, and out-of-towners sure could use one.

I'm visiting from San Francisco for 24 hours and started this cache. Stage 1 was amazzzzzing, but I'm without a car today and so I don't think that I walk to these stages!!! I misinterpreted that each stage was within 40 yards of here! Oops!!!!!!

The majority of Team CMTS (KidWrangler, flanji and wb96bobwhite) arrived in Colorado yesterday for the GW14er mega and spent most of today caching around the Colorado Springs area. We targeted a lot of challenges and a variety of other cache types and D/T's.

We were doing well on this one until we hit a brick wall on stage 4.

Wow!!! Thanks for such an amazing multi! I had so much fun with this one! Over the last week I have been collecting each stage of this one. ALL were in perfect condition! During my travels I somehow managed to avoid the boys in blue despite my extensive track record with them. In fact, many people will not go caching with me since they are bound to stop us if I'm around! Weird... Wink I wasn't too worried though and was happy to find each stage quickly enough. Stage 4 is simply genius! It took me a few, but knowing all the other stages and having done a few SparrowPI caches I had idea what to look for. Loved it! The final was just as beautiful today. It was our first snow and it was pretty chilly but I managed to make the find just before it started getting dark. Signed and stamped the log and returned as found. Thanks so much for taking all the time to create this cache. Favorite for sure!
Chilly evening..

I am on a caching trip to Colorado Springs along with fellow cachers Fam2Go. We stayed at a motel very close to here so we gave this one a short in the 6pm timeframe. At GZ we quickly realized this is a very busy place and one cannot blend in with the cars in line to order food. We searched for about 20 minutes and finally gave up. We did not like all the traffic looking at us (especially since we were not finding the first stage). We really wanted to get this multi cache but a better time of day is the best approach and a lot of searching time will be required. It is not in the obvious places. Tom

Visiting from Ohio and doing some caching in the Springs today. I recently completed a challenge to find caches owned by 50 different charter members, and when I saw the chance to pad my numbers by a couple here, I jumped at it. Neither disappointed--two very nice caches!

This one took a lot more driving than I expected, but at least when you saw a sign for Colorado Springs' finest, you knew you were close to GZ! The first 3 waypoints were pretty easy, and actually the first was my favorite--nicely done! Like so many others, I was stumped at the fourth. I looked for awhile and then emailed some previous finders for a hint. They were all very kind, and I found the coordinates! The true GZ was actually the first spot I checked (I just didn't look carefully enough), but unlike the other 3 waypoints, the coordinates were 25-28 feet off, so I concentrated most of my energy elsewhere. I'd like to think I'd have found them if my GPSer had zeroed out on the spot...but maybe not! Tricky, tricky, tricky!

I loved the spot you picked for the final, very nice view! This is a great old multi--I enjoyed doing it! SL--TFTC!
