It's an easy walk from the parking area to the cache area
on this East of the wall cache.

Two requirements for logging a "Found It" on this cache
The first requirement is find 1,000 caches prior to logging a "Found It"
on this challenge cache. No time or location limits.

The second requirement is to find the cache and sign log.

Run the checker below, then insert the "Example" text with the results
into your log.

Optional: Include the story of your 1,000 find in your logs. Have fun with it.
Wanting to make this cache your 1,000 find, read below ***

(Logs that list 1,000 finds are too long to read thru and will be deleted.)
Screen shots are too small to read
Stories of the excitement you felt while your spouse picked up the mud you
were tracking thru the kitchen are much better.

PGC Checker

Lab Caches are not considered
Checker can run 36 hours behind - If you know you
have your 1,000 find, log it

*** If you choose to make this cache your 1,000 cache, we will bend on
the 1,000 cache prior to finding this cache requirement.
Then it's a congratulations on your 1,000 cache time.

Came back to redeem my DNF. Found it this time. The log was soaked so I replaced it with a water proof log. TFTPC

User has 2788 finds (1000 needed).

I wanted our 1000 cache to be special and it was. Austin Bluffs was a mystery and was one of the first mysteries we did. I made it even harder by climbing the wrong tree first before I realized where the cache actually was!

Thanks dustyriver for the reminder of the fun we’ve had with this hobby.

Looked on both sides of the wall, and all areas in between with no luck. Heading back to Missouri tomorrow and really wanted to log this. Bummer

Our 1000th cache was "Over the River and to the Woods," found on 6/1/2007 in Bailey, Colorado, on one of our early caching trips with the Humdingers (Mom & Pop, DaToad, DaWife, and e3brown). Boy, did we think we were hot stuff to have found 1000 caches! Lots of fun, then and now. Thanks for creating this challenge cache that helped us remember those days.

Up and ready for you

Logging with permission of the CO since I searched for it when it was missing. Including this cache, I have 7200 non-lab caches. My 1000th cache was a flash mob event in downtown San Jose where we walked around talking on bananas . Took me just under 3 years to find 1000. Thanks for the fun challenge

Logging a smiley with permission of the CO, who confirmed that it was missing at the time of my search. My profile stats show that I qualify. Thank you for this challenge!

This one stumped me today - looked on both sides of where I thought it would be.

Last night I saw this one come out and thought for sure someone would grab it before the day ended. I woke up in the morning and saw that it was on my FTF list. Again, I waited. But at work, I found out that they were going to replace my computer and I would be forced to take a break for about an hour. so I checked and saw that this one was still undiscovered. I called @2lablovers who agreed to meet me at the scene of the crime. We wandered over and first checked the wrong side. But as soon as we came into the light, we had this well crafted cache in hand. CO - [FTF] at 10:27 am. I appreciate the effort put into making a challenge cache and creating this container. TFTC!

Co-FTF with LostinDenver at 10:27AM. We were sitting around having our morning coffee when the text came thru from LID. This can only mean one thing - we are off for a FTF. Flew out the door and met close to GZ for a short walk to the cache. Liked the construction on this container. This was a win-win for us - a FTF and our daily mystery puzzle. Thanks dustyriver - great to see you publishing lots of challenge caches (especially since so far they are all ones we qualify for).
