This cache is for those who have been able to log at least 5 web cam caches.
You will also need to list your visited web cams and their gc number.

Webcam Cache
These are caches that use existing web cameras placed by individuals or agencies that monitor various areas like parks or road conditions. The idea is to get yourself in front of the camera to log your visit. The challenging part, however, it that you need to call a friend to look up the web site that displays the camera shot. You will need to have them to save the picture to log the cache. If you’re a tech-head you could use your wireless modem and save the image yourself on your laptop.

Wandering around picking new states/counties/oldies, finishing challenges. I have ten webcams but was not able to find the cache:(

I signed the log in September 2017 and just now checked on my qualifications to log as a find. The webcams I have found are shown in the attached photo taken of my public profile page.
A favorite as webcams are a favorite type of cache for me.

Thus far I have accumulated 8 webcam finds. My first was in 2014 and most of the rest in the past year or so (latest was 2 days ago in Cheyenne, WY). These are rare beyond belief.
In today's world with cameras everywhere, these could be too common so it is probably good they were eliminated as caches.
