The cache is located in an area of numerous trails which are used by hikers, mountain bikers, horse riders and joggers... Muggles can be present at most any time during the day. Parking is available at the end of Canyon Rim Drive which is just off of South Camp Rd across from Wingate School... The trail starts at the end of this road and goes up in elevation to the area of the cache... The area is mostly open terrain but has many junipers scattered around. The east side of the area drops off cliffs to the Redlands Mesa gold course. Caches must use an item to aim at the second stage, not to hit a moose, but to see that stage where a micro container is located which contains the final coords. The final stage is a small container and cachers should be careful with footing at this site. Please replace the final stage in as good or better shape than found.

went out and checked cache and found that the sighting item and container for the 2nd stage were both gone. so replaced both and it is ready to be found again.... also rescued a TB that has been sitting in the final since 5/2107 so took it and will move it on.

I had a real fun time on this cache. After finding the first point I looked through the sighting device and it was pointed at the sky. Looking in the general direction it was pointed I seen an object that stood out from the other similar objects and using geosense I decided it would be the place I would place the second point in that area. I guess great minds think alike. : ) as my choice was correct. I brought tape but the whole bottom of the container was hanging loose. Trying to remove the top half to retape resulted in more cracking. Second point needs a NEW container. The final cache container and container-container were cool.

checked cache today and all is well.. in fact i can see the location of the final from over 100 feet... however if someone goes out and does this cache would you please take a piece of CLEAR tape with you and wrap around the second stage container as it has been cracked. thanks.

Was a little perplexed what moose mint was so now I know. Dropped off a cool travel coin that have carried for awhile and visited several caches. No moose or sharks spotted in area. A favorite. tftc.
