Good view area and a great trail. The cache is just off the Paul Intemann trail. The closest trailhead is on Crystal Park Road just before you get to the Crystal Park entrance.

Note: there is a drop-off there near the cache, so be careful, especially with kids.

****Please cover the cache up completely with the bark there when done trading.****

If you continue East on the trail the final part of Lonesome Pine (GCF9F9) and Red Rocks Ramble (GC247F) caches are farther up the trail.

Tried to get an early start to beat the heat but it wasn’t early enough! Thankfully there were a few patches of shade along the trail. Very cool to see an original log from 2002. The second old original log of the day. Great trail and beautiful location. Thanks JR&B for the cache

Checked on my cache and found it uncovered and damp inside. So I wiped it out and covered it up again with bark. I also traded travel bugs.

Thnaks for the fun cache! Today I had to report to Jury Duty downtown. After a few hours I was finally dismissed. Leaving me with the rest of the day off what to do? Why caching of course! I decided I would make my way around the area up by the campground and nab a few Jasmer dates that I need. I grabbed this one along the way. Quick stop and find. Signed the dry log and replaced as found. Great to see these old caches surviving!
