This is the second cache, the traditional cache, for my IB project. These caches are intended to be found as often as possible with detailed logs for documentation.
Cache is located on the main street of a neighborhood -- no houses on this street, though it can be busy a times.

The cache is at the coordinates, because it is a traditional cache, but I cant make it that simple can I? 

Failure to sign the log will result in your log being deleted -- I live close enough to check this frequently. 

Tweezers will be helpful.

Find #453, Found on 7/4/19. TFTC! I had to try again and found it more quickly after rethinking coordinates.
Signed Log and swapped a pin for several doubloons.

This was not where I thought it was, and I did not need tweezers. I did; however, need a coin to help me. I added a new log which is bigger than the teeny one that was in it. TFTC.
