FTF 3:05pm - 20 minute find - Second attempt for a FTF today. When they close a street down to one lane and traffic is controlled by a flagman = They should realize I'm on an FTF run and clear traffic for me. Poor judgement, to stand in the street with a hand-held stop sign and stop me - I'm FTF runnin' dude.
