I spent the day in Denver with LilRyRy and CDRSheppo after attending a library program with Nature's Educators and signing the boys up for the summer reading program. The log was very wet but I was able to sign it. Unfortunately, I left my replacement logs in the car. The trail was absolutely beautiful but I wasn't about to walk back out there again with the two little ones, they were already asking to be carried halfway back to the car, hahaha. Thanks for the cache!

Happy 11th birthday lil buddy! Wow, you're kinda right in the open, but you're looking good after all these years. This "trail" to nowhere doesn't seem to be used at all. There isn't any sort of track or path really. It's a nice little walk, and I did follow the prior log suggestion of going the "TUFTS" way, which I would also highly recommend. There is a neighbor with a "No Parking" sign posted in a obvious spot, so I did heed that warning too. A great experience this morning grabbing this fun little cache! Thanks for keeping this one active for so long.
Cheers, keep calm and cache on!

Interesting secret hidden trail. Saw a momma duck and ducklings in the water nearby, so cute. Was hoping the container would be big enough for our TB, but even though the cache was a good size, it wouldn't fit. Fun little walk, thanks for bringing us here. TFTC! :-)

TFTC, we went for a walk and thought this was a great little spot to stop on by. Nice container!

Interesting as there is no where this trail turns to. Must be the end. Fun crunchy fall leaf walk though.

This one hadn't been logged in over a year, but it is just fine. TFTC. On to the next.

Thanks, Ioreks! These are nice trails between the big houses. I went out early today, and the weather was great for geocaching with dry ditches and dry grass. I run a pocket query every day for the area around my home for the closest 1,000 caches I have not found yet. So far it takes me out about 16 miles. Today I saw evidence of how pervasive Pokemon Go is. The library I visited reminds everyone that they have to Pokemon Stops there, and a nearby church says on their sign "We Are a Pokemon Stop. Go Get Them All!" One of my grandsons uses my phone for Pokemon Go, so I sort of know what it is about. I still prefer geocaching because it is a lot less random. I want to Log Them All.

I just happened to be heading to another cache and I noticed this one was close. I've been hoping to get this cache for a long time. I was pointed in the right and found the trailhead to the cache. I parked and made the short walk to a quick find.

Got it - and it hadn't been found in almost 2 years. Cache is over 8 years old and just has 60 finds !!!! Don't understand why - only a short walk and not a hard find at all. And great container, loved how it is camoed. Thanks loreks for the cache - and i hope it gets lots more visitors.
