I found it! I added a new log sheet, a pencil and placed the old log in a small plastic bag.

Log needs repair, but still there.

Happy 11th birthday lil buddy! It's nice to see that the original log (although a bit worn, chewed and slightly moldy) is still there. It's a nice little walk, although the parking spot I picked was right next to the home of two barking dogs - ug. I had to walk all the way to the bridge before they quit.

Easy to find. So surprised to see a riding arena here-so nice for the local equestrians & rare to see. I hope they still use it.

We had a nice little hike to this cache this morning. Took our geodog with us. All is well with cache other than the funky log book that is still signable. Thanks for bringing us here. We enjoy the lovely homes. Tftfun SL

Thanks, Ioreks! Almost a year without a find, but it is still there, though the the log needs to be replaced. I went out early today, and the weather was great for geocaching with dry ditches and dry grass. I run a pocket query every day for the area around my home for the closest 1,000 caches I have not found yet. So far it takes me out about 16 miles. Today I saw evidence of how pervasive Pokemon Go is. The library I visited reminds everyone that they have to Pokemon Stops there, and a nearby church says on their sign "We Are a Pokemon Stop. Go Get Them All!" One of my grandsons uses my phone for Pokemon Go, so I sort of know what it is about. I still prefer geocaching because it is a lot less random. I want to Log Them All.

I'm not usually one to raise an alarm for this sort of thing, but when I opened the container, I found a lot of black mold on the pages of the logbook. Not having my black-mold-decoder-ring handy, I have no idea if this is the special 'nasty' kind or not, but the CO should come and have a look, and provide a new book with a little ziploc to keep the water out. Log was presently dry, but had not been, and lot of black dust in there.

Wasn't sure we would find this one since it hadn't been found in almost 6 months. Not sure why we never looked for this one before. Possibly because parking can be difficult in this area but we found easy and close parking today. Made the short walk to the cache - hint led us right to it . Thanks for the cache.
