This was my second trip to 11 Eleven Mile State Park because there are a number of interesting caches in the area. I had formally dubbed today “11M Run Phase 2,” but informally the “Replacement Run” from all of the caches I wound up repairing today. I came after this one about a week ago during my “Phase 1” run because it was very lonely, but I DNF’ed. After consultation with the CO, we confirmed that it was missing. Knowing that I was coming back for “Phase 2,” I offered to replace it and budgeted time today to do that. I put the replacement in today and submitted a replacement report to the CO. I hope the replacement is quality and acceptable. This is a nice area, but takes considerable time and effort to get back here; especially if it is your first time and don’t know the roads well. See my log on GC42561 Out In the Middle for details on that misdaventure. Thanks to the CO for making the placement and brining to this nice area, TFTC.

Couldn't find this one today despite a spirited search. Given its history, I fear it might be gone.

Found on ground in the open. Log was damp. We wrapped it in plastic and put it in a secure location out of the weather. Beautiful area. Drove in half way on 890 then rode our bikes. Tftc sl

FTF After 11months. Was pretty discouraged after previous DNFs today but had to try them all after driving all the way out here. Whew. SL TFTC
