Located off of the JQS Trail. The trip from Hwy-13 to the first stage of this two stage multi is about three miles. The road is best traveled in a 4WD or off-road vehicle. The half mile from the first stage to the final cache is a fairly easy hike with just a little elevation change.
The micro on the first stage is well hidden in the cedar and is responsible for the difficulty rating, it holds the coordinates to the final cache located at a great viewing area.

In early spring the local juvenile ravens perform acrobatic courting dances along these cliffs and they don't seem to mind if you sit and watch, they're dare-devils and show-offs, it's great fun.
At all times of the year it offers a great point of view.

Congratulations to go_pokes on another FTF, well done!

First waypoint was a great hide, took a while to hone in. Description says there is elevation change getting to final, but it was not what I was expecting. A raven sat on the point less than ten feet from me, but he was too quick for me to capture his essence. Still very cool that he is keeping a watchful eye on the cache. Log was soaked and rusty. Still managed to sign, but it must not be waterproof. Thanks for the cool multi!

Found first part - heck of a hide - that was a tough one. We also did NOT find part II. Think it has probably been removed. However it was a beautiful lookout. TFTC

Found the first part, no problem...well, it took a bit. But the second part...nooooo! It was a beautiful evening and a nice hike but no final cache. So sad.

We found the first part after a search. Hiked on out to the point and were unable to find the second half. Enjoyed the hike and view. I'd hiked up there with my dog before starting down by the road, easier from this direction! We gave it a good long look after hiking all the way out there no luck finding this one tonight....and we thought the first half was supposed to be the tough find!

I was out with Garfield County Search and Rescue. We were practicing using our GPS devices and thought this would be a fun way to do it. This was a tough find, but luckily we had several people looking. This was so fun! The cache is in good shape, but be careful getting to it.

Great cache! Took snake, left quarter. Cache is now a normal sized lock-n-lock.
