This cache is located within the Battlement Mesa open space and just a short walk from the parking area. Placed by my 5 year old grandson, Monkey.
To get started, drive to the Battlement Mesa Activity Center. Lots of parking.

The cache is an ammo can and was originally filled with log, American flag, silly putty, sunglasses, dinosaur, pencil, crayons, Sparky magnet, compass, frog, four coins, shackle and a bolt.

The cache had been destroyed; the contents strewn around. The log was dry. Apparently it hasn't rained here recently. Replaced the cache with a small camo'd pill bottle and removed some of the trinkets too large for the cache. Thank you, Polaski for the fine series of caches in the area! This was our 10th and last cache in the area. Til next time... sl
