It might be a tight fit but you can make it.

This cache is okly small and better for little people it is in a small pill case and able to fit very small items bring your Geopen and coords are off only by about 10 feet so that it does not give it away but they should lead you to mouth of the tunnels and be ready to wade through 1 to 3 inches of water congrats to waawhoo for FTF.

Nothing in either tunnel. Nothing in two spots where one could stretch up a bit after that crawl.

So bummed. I saw this cache existed and knew there was a limited amount of time before this pregnant lady would not be able to access it. I was really excited to try such an unusual placement. I went in without knee pads but found no cache. (This is a pic of what I found scattered on the ground instead of the cache.)

Since I may not be physically able to attempt this again (I'm only 5'2"! How do you taller people do it?), I'm logging this as a find.
