Just off the highway, near a wide pull over spot.
DVN Gnome found a nice comfy place to hide, and even found some natural insulation to keep himself warm. 
Off course, with all the trees it is also just a bit harder to get a good signal, so be prepared for a bit of a hunt.  Before you start, just stop for a second and think where you would hide if you were a Gnome.


No need to cross the road, and he isn't hiding in anything man made.
