A = The prime meridian is an imaginary line that runs from pole to pole. Its Location on the planet was originally chosen so that the line ran directly through Greenwich England, which is the site of the Royal Observatory.

 

B = Bogota Colombia and New York City share nearly the same Longitude.

 

C = The earth’s rotation is gradually increasing.

 

D = The earth spins at different speeds, depending on what latitude you are at.

 

E = A person at the north pole would see a completely different set of stars than someone on at the south pole.

 

F = Venus has the shortest days of any planet in our solar system.

 

G = Venus rotates so slowly that it takes ~5,832 hours to complete one full rotation (Venus day).

 

H = Most scientists believe that the moon was formed after an object collided with earth, and the debris eventually formed the moon.

Q = It takes light on average about 8 minutes and 20 seconds to travel from the sun to the earth.

I struggled a bit on the puzzle until I changed one of my answers. I think the answer isn't certain and is still debated. Overall I enjoyed the fun and educational puzzle. Found the cache quickly. Keep the puzzles coming! Cheers.

A fun puzzle to work on. It was nice to work on a space related puzzle for a change. I was able to find the final fairly quickly after getting to the spot.
