Post Reviewer Note 06/04/2022 By IgnotusPeverell
Greetings The Ringmaster,

I'm IgnotusPeverell, one of the volunteer reviewers.

FINAL NOTICE

It looks like your cache has been under the weather for some time. While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. Please either repair/replace this cache in the next couple of weeks, or archive it so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and cachers can once again enjoy visiting this location.

If the reason the cache is under the weather is something out of your control, such as construction or flooding, please post a note on the cache page with your best guess of when the conditions will improve. If the situation is temporary and is something out of your control, there is no need to archive the cache at this time. Please however, add a note to the cache page detailing the situation to allow others to understand the situation - and - to prevent this from being archived for inactivity.

Additionally, please note that if no action is taken in 30 days, I will be forced to archive this cache. Don't let your cache get archived for non-communication.

Thanks,
IgnotusPeverell

Temporarily Disable Listing 05/03/2022 By IgnotusPeverell
Greetings The Ringmaster, I'm IgnotusPeverell, one of the volunteer reviewers for caches submitted to Geocaching.com.

This cache was brought to my attention by one or more of your fellow cachers that think this cache is missing and/or in need of maintenance. I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past, and I am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running again in the future. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give you the opportunity to check on the cache, and replace or repair it, if necessary. Cache Owner Responsibilities include monitoring logs for reported problems, updating any changes to the text or coordinates, removing Needs Maintenance attributes, marking trackables as missing if they are not in the geocache, enabling the listing, and more. If you feel you won't be able to maintain this geocache in a timely manner, you may post an update to the geocache page or you may archive it (this will keep the cache from continually showing up in search lists). Otherwise, it can be enabled once you have made repairs. Please use the "Write Note" feature to leave notes on the cache page. Please do not use the "OWNER MAINTENANCE" log until you do the maintenance, and the cache is ready to be found again.

When repairs to this cache are completed and it is time to enable your cache, it will be no problem. You can re-enable the cache page by clicking the link under the cache name or by checking the box that says the cache is active. If a "Needs Maintenance" log was posted, you will also need to log an Owner Maintenance log to clear the "Needs Maintenance" icon from the geocache page.

Do not reply to this email. It is sent by a no-reply mailbot so I won't get it. To contact me with any questions or concerns about this geocache, please e-mail me directly at IgnotusPeverellReviewer@gmail.com, and reference this geocache with the GC number and/or link to the geocache page.

"If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived."

Additionally, please note that if I've not heard from you in 4 weeks, I may be forced to archive this cache. DURING COVID-19, YOU MAY HAVE EXTRA TIME BUT PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED IT. Don't let your cache get archived for non-communication.

Thanks for your understanding,
IgnotusPeverell

This cache hasn't been found in almost 4 years. First of the current streak of DNF entries is nearly 3 years ago. Have messaged owner but gotten no response.

Searched the area, but was unable to find the cache. Even used to hint to make sure I was at the right spot.

In town for a couple of days vacationing, I thought I would would sneak away from the motel and do a couple caches. Mission accomplished on this one after dark. And then off to the next one. Had the kids along with me also. Even though the barrier is there it is still reasonably noisy. TFTC

Thanks, The Ringmaster! I had a few hours this morning to make my way to downtown Denver from Arvada. I run a pocket query of where I want to geocache for the the day, and today I chose the 1,000 caches closest to home. It was great going to the neighborhoods this quiet Sunday morning with very little traffic or onlookers. I especially liked geocaching in the RiNo Art District. I think I have most of the caches in this neighborhood except for a couple that were hard to get to because of construction.
