Finally, today I finished the December Month Challenge. It's been a year since I watched those two empty days slip away and a long wait until I could finally fill them in. This also completes the 366 day challenge, so now to fill in the numbers and on to that final.

Hiked out today and looked under a lot of bushes at GZ before I finally found it. Thanks for moving it, I thought I might have to buy a small game license to access the old area.
Signed the log, discovered the geocoin and got the codes, but I can't claim the smiley until I can fill my last two empty days in December. It's a cool trail, someone went to a lot of trouble to put in all those steps and I would have gone farther but my water bottle leaked and I was running low.

Even though I have two days left to fill in December I thought I'd go out and sign the log and get the code now, before the summer closure, so I wouldn't have to go back in the middle of winter. Instead I was stopped by this billboard and sign. I've seen plenty of no hunting signs but this is the first hunting only sign.
