I decided to try another one in this area. It is wide open area with wonderful views of all the surrounding mountains and valley.
The cache is a modified camo pill bottle. It should not be difficult to find once you get to the area. High clearance vehicle or ATV is recommended but not necessary in good weather.

This is the kind of cache we really like. We approached from the south and left to the west - either route was OK with a Subaru Forester. Nice view and a good measure of solitude. TFTC

Wow, it's hard to believe that is has been over 2 years since this one was visited. Well worth the drive. (It might be a bit rough however, depending on your vehicle). The container was difficult to retrieve but we got our smiley. Tftc.
