The cache idea came out of a discussion on Geocachingcolo forum. The cache is dedicated to the -Twoc's-, for their involvement in the geocaching community.

The cache contains 2 penny's so you can take my "two cents" or leave your "2 cents"...

Also there is a "2 cent" piece of candy for FTF..
